I think today was unique b/c I didn't have anything that "had" to be done. For the first time in 3 years I wasn't writing papers, doing obligations, figuring out a schedule, dreading something coming up. Today I was just able to take the longest shower known to man, eat crap, watch crap, do nothing and be okay with it.
